I was scheduled for a phone interview and was no call no showed entirely. I completed the required typing test prior to the interview, as instructed, and passed by quite a bit. I confirmed the interview via email well in advance. I sent two follow up emails within the hour, no response. I called the phone number provided which was a general call center line. I was provided the email I already had and instructed to "hang tight because they may just be running behind". It's 75 minutes later and the only thing I've received is an automated survey response about my interview experience. Extremely unprofessional first impression and a red flag with company organization.

Relaxed and conversational. It was with two people and they asked the general questions expected in an interview. I was internal hire so it was easier for me as I had my statistics to present to them. blah blah
