Contacted by HR few days after application and had a brief discussion of my skills, as well as the requirements for the position. At the end of the call an onsite interview was scheduled for the following week. Very relaxed interview with no surprises. Average questions, but mainly pretty open to discussion.

I was a manager who interviewed dozens of candidates for the many collections positions we had open. Every interview went basically the same way. I wanted to make sure that you could actually talk to me about what you have on your resume to make sure that it wasn't all BS and I wanted to make sure that you can actually complete a coherent sentence while talking with me.

Most of the questions were something along these lines. Tell me about a time you had to resolve an issue for a customer.
The whole interview was just some generic questions form that we found on the internet and printed out.
