The process consisted in a CV screening, phone interview (30 min) and a second Skype interview (1 h) with a power point presentation and an Excel workbook. The whole experience was really good, with polite and professional recruiters. Although I thought I did very good throughout the whole process, I was rejected at the end because I did not refer to examples that were directly linked to the company's field of activity/industry of expertise. I would recommend looking into this beforehand and keeping it on your mind throughout the interview.

After accepting my application I undertook a 30-minute telephone interview. During the interview, it seemed the interviewer hadn't read my CV properly was asking questions that could be easily answered by reading my CV. She asked me for an example of a company responding to a change. I answered with a case of a company that responded to changes related to COVID 19. She asked for another one not related to COVID and I answered. She continued to ask for more examples a further 4 times. By the 5th time, I was running out of ideas. It felt like they were trying to push for a certain company. After not hearing back from them for two weeks, I emailed and querying the decision following the interview. They had decided to not progress my application. I requested some explanation or feedback as I'd spent a large amount of time preparing for the interview however they refused to give any.
