Very brief phone interview followed by a brief in person interview. The manager I interviewed with was nice at first and then after taking the job became a jerk especially after I told him that I did not know about everything.

I got an email saying Graybar was interested in me and after filling out a long Questionaire I was reached out to by a local manager a few days later. We met locally and had a conversation about the things I'm looking for in a career, explained the position, asked about my experience with SAP and product knowledge. Smooth conversation. I was even asked about my life outside of work.

Once the application is filled out they get back to you in about two weeks. They call you saying if you got an opportunity. The interview was very relaxed.
