      Good, structured questions. Process was sufficient and I understood the role. Process was fairly quick. Onboarding was good, not too long. Felt welcoming. I have no complaints on the process.

      Phone interview first, then I was contacted the next day for an interview in person interview. I interviewed with the manager and supervisor for just over an hour. I spend a lot of time preparing for this interview, reading up about the company and product. I thought the interview went well. I was told I would hear back in a couple of weeks. I never received a call or email letting me know whether or not I was selected. Graybar needs to be considerate of other people’s time. It doesn’t take much to send an email to someone if they are not selected.

      I applied for the position on February 12, 2025, and on February 25, 2025, I received an invitation to schedule a 30-minute phone interview with three available time slots. I selected the earliest option but never received the meeting details. On the day and time of the scheduled interview, I was ready, but there was no follow-up. I then chose a different available time slot, which I received instant confirmation for—March 6, 2025. The phone interview seemed to go well, and I was told I would be notified by email regarding whether or not I had been selected. A few days later, I followed up with the interviewer, and they mentioned that they hadn’t yet heard back from the hiring manager but would reach out once they did. This was on March 14, 2025. I didn’t hear anything further until April 1, 2025, when I was told they had decided to move forward with other candidates. Immediately after, I requested the deletion of my profile and personal information. I received the following confirmation: "Delete My Information - Your request has been submitted. A representative will contact you if there are further questions about your request." Today is April 9, 2025, and I still have not received confirmation that my request has been processed. My information has not been deleted, and I’ve had no follow-up from the company. Based on my experience, this company is incredibly slow to take any action, and I would not recommend applying unless you’re prepared to wait months for any response or action.
