I interviewed multiple times, upwards of 4 times in about 6 months. Each time I was told and/or led to believe I was the top candidate. The last time I was told I was the only candidate they interviewed at this stage and that an offer would be coming soon. After I waited a month, I felt ghosted and finally was able to get on a call where they simply said they were going in another direction. When I inquired about why and asked for feedback I was ghosted again. Terrible process and unprofessional all the way.
