Long and strict onboarding process which is ok but is a bit intimidating especially in this job market. I appreciated the consistent communication throughout the onboarding process. that is all.

Applied online and was later asked to complete an editing assessment within 24 hours (before any interviews with their team). After sharing the assessment, I received a rejection a few days later with vague language about how my “editing approach” wasn’t a fit. When I followed up for any specific information (did I miss something in the style guide? change the writer’s voice too much? etc) they couldn’t provide any details.
