Pros: - Management was very up front about challenges the candidate would face in the position - People were very friendly - Facilities were very modern and in excellent shape Cons: - Interview started 25 minutes late - Interview was interrupted twice while owner took calls on cell phone before shutting cell phone off - No feedback received. i can understand not replying to every resume that comes in the door, but felt a response following an interview was something that should have been done
