The application process was fairly straightforward. Applied through a third-party recruiting company and was reached out to fairly quickly. The interviewers were very arrogant and asked behavioral interview questions that felt uncomfortable answering. It seemed that although they were looking for an entry-level Helpdesk Technician, what they were looking for was a greybeard.
