Panel Interview and 30 min Presentation This was the most grueling interview process I've ever been through. Step number 5. was a no call no show (I waited on the call for 30 min). I had to follow up with the recruiter for an update. Once I finally made it to the last step in the process (the presentation), I spent around 72 hours creating a slide deck and preparing for the presentation. I received nothing but positive feedback once the presentation was completed. Other than minor technical difficulties. 24 hours passed and the recruiter then sent me a canned email response. “Thank you for your interest” with zero feedback as to why they decided to pass. To require a 5 WEEK interview process and provide zero feedback....is incredibly unprofessional and unfortunately, I think it says a lot about their organization and how they treat their employees. Considering the salary range and the length of this process. Please think twice before going through this interview process!!
