There is a phone interview followed by an online cognitive test and personality test. A few days later you'll either get an automated message that they've gone with another applicant or you'll have a call with the hiring manager. After the 2nd interview, I did a 3rd interview with 2 implementation consultants and the manager. Afterwards, I was ghosted with no offer and no follow up as in a denial/rejection letter.
