I had two on-site interviews, I found the management team very knowledgeable with numerous years with the company. The Hr Manager was very impressionable. I highly recommend people inquire about the company.

First two interview was over the phone with a recruiter for Grainger. Third interview was a phone interview with a Process Manager, Did a face to face with two different Process Managers this lasted about 45 minutes, During this interview when I mentioned interviewing for another position, both process managers stopped the interview and did a search of that company, when they saw the company, both interviewers asked why I didn't take that job! That should have been a sign to get up an leave. I was later walked through the warehouse with another Process Manager, during the walk through I was interviewed by the Operations Manager, he was more interested in telling me about himself. The last interview was another phone interview with the buildings Director where I was offered the job.
