Absolutely pathetic. I would not recommend any one to this org. The recruiter called to have a generic idea about what I have been working on lately. She had no knowledge of the technology stack but boasted of understanding it. She asked how many users use the app I am working on, what are the organisations I have worked on. And based on this and some unrealistic presumptions, I was not even called for a technical round. This was the most stupid interview I have faced in my entire life. Absolutely insane recruiter and her team. She had all the irrelevant questions asked to a software engineer.

Interview process had clear communication along the way. First interview was with a recruiter where we went over my experience. Second interview was with the Engineering Manager. This was a little more in depth. We also discussed experience along with challenges, detailed role description, etc. Third interview was with one of the Lead Engineers. I was presented with an algorithm that had to be solved in ~1 hour. This was a bit challenging for me - I would recommend practicing solving programming algorithms before proceeding.
