Initial interviews went well however during third phone screen I was asked questions about skill sets that were not listed in job description (or even on my resume) and not consistent with job title--bizarre to say the least. Example-interviewer made assumption that person responsible for S&OP is also the person that loads MPS or does rough cut capacity planning. I am sure operations/manufacturing manager would take issue with that-yikes. I suggest you make sure the role you are applying for is clearly defined before proceeding or you may be suprised at the expanded dedinition of the role.
