1. Phone screening: Talked about points made on my resume. Questions include salary expectation, my plans in 3-5 years, what drew me to the role, and my knowledge of the company. Took about 15-20 minutes.
2. Behavioral Round: this round was mainly to see if I had human-level communication skills. One of the interviewers admitted that the purpose of this round was to see if I don't "freeze up" during the interview. This interview also brought up some points on my resume and the answers I made during the phone screening. This interview had 2 executive members and it took around 55 minutes.
3. Technical Round: the senior developer was involved for this round. Also had questions related to points made on my resume. Asked entry-junior level questions for JavaScript, React, C#, and Git. No live-coding. Some behavioral questions. Took around 35-40 minutes.
