Its was a very very simple interview process. They dont put alot of effort into "weeding out" the bad ones they higher anyone as long as you dont come in looking, smelling dirty or under the influence. No drug tests either so therefore i ended up with alot of coworkers who were "hooked" on drugs and didnt show up to work and so i was alwasypulling all their weight too.
