This was a webcam interview so we were able to have eye contact during the process. This was an initial interview with the candidate's supervisor and HR. The interviewers were friendly and made the interviewee feel comfortable. The questions were informative, as well as the description of the position. They provided time for questions and clear in response. One of the few places I interviewed for that were able to provide an approximate timeframe for when they would like the position filled and how the process to that means was going to occur.
