several rounds, in person interviews, weeks apart overall satisfied with process and time it took to schedule each interview I would interview with goodwill again if i was given the opportunity to do so

Simple questions with easy understanding of the process of engineering that could be understood to one and all. In the process evaluation was done onto all aspects which could be easily understood. So the basic perspective now stands in a different position.

called for interview within a couple weeks of applying. Panel of supervisor and several co-workers. Questions were scripted, but allowed for some follow-up and for me to ask questions. Got follow-up call the following week offering me the job. Interview and offer done directly by hiring department, not HR. People were personable and willing to engage in the interview. Committment to organization's mission is important.
