After you apply for a job, the HR department will give you call back. They will interview you if you meet the requirements of the job title. A follow up interview might happen if your getting into an administrator position.
On your interview they will give a tour of the main office.
If they hire someone else and it falls through, they will contact the next person who met the requirements. (this could be 5-6 weeks after the first interview)
