Was read a bunch of stuff and signed off on it. Was given 2 types of drug testings, at site. Sent to doctor for check up, filled out form myself. Doctor came in looked at the paper I filled out and said "Everything looks good". Was told I had to pay for back ground check and drug test.

Very easy, they mostly are just curious on your availability and why pick Goodwill and occasionally ask what your strongest skill is. On top of that they are very friendly and it feels a lot like a conversation other than a stern interview.
