I answered an online job posting and came in for an interview that lasted about 1.5-2 hours. I filled out an application, wrote a case notes sample and took a short MS Word/Excel proficiency test. I also sat for an interview with my supervisor and agency director.
Since my position required bilingual skills in French, I also passed a quick language assessment in French.

Very professional and well conducted interview. The person that was interviewing me was very respectful, professional and asked me very thoughtful questions.
I got a very good feeling about the person that interviewed me, and it seems like they really care about the work they do.

Entrevista
The interview process was long and was conducted by five managers. It consisted of a round Robin where each interviewer asked a question and it went on until they completed their list of questions.
Quick interview process that ultimately lead to a competitive offer of employment. All questions were answered. A little confusing on which building to report to as company has two locations connected by a single parking lot.
