When I applied for a job through Goodwill, I knew there would be a series of interviews as there were. I filled out the necessary forms, took skills test and passed. About a week and a half later I began to get offers, I turn down the first; however, the second appealed to me, so an interview was arranged. The first was on the telephone with the prospective employer. The questions asked were, "are you able to lift more than fifty pounds?", "have you ever done any deployments (computer) before?", etc. Subsequently, or shall I say, I was asked to come in the next day for a face-to-face. This face-to-face was before a panel. Each asked their designated questions, and I responded appropriately. The last and final interview was with my Goodwill placement counselor, whereby I was actually being hire, and in formed as to how long my contract would be, the salary, and terms.
