I interviewed with two people, one of them the hiring manager. The interview was informal and we spoke in general about my work experience. At the end of each round, the interviewer said they would refer me forward to the next round. After the second round of interviews, the recruiters at Amazon/Goodreads went radio silent. Even when I reached out to get an update no one responded to tell me anything. I finally found out the status of the open req. when a contact of mine reported they got the job on LinkedIn. I would expect better from a company of this maturity and size.
