Extremely lengthy process of more than 5 weeks. They invited me for the final round after more than a month of interview, and abruptly canceled it a few days before the interview stating a sudden change in internal plans and requirements. They really shouldn’t have such time consuming interviews when they aren’t even sure about their company plans and environment. It was such a huge waste of time.

The interview process is challenging, but that’s understandable, they’re looking for the best people. I would have appreciated a bit more timely communication during the process, especially overall updates on the status.
