Contacted me, disappeared for a month. Contacted me again, and again disappeared. Got a canned no even though I never applied. Finally I wrote head of recruiting about how bad this was. They apologized, set up one 20 minute interview and sent me a automated no response that same day. Very disorganized and unprofessional all around.
