Applied online in December 2014. Got an email reply and a phone screen interview in the beginning of January. The recruiter seems junior and doesn't handle her agenda very well, as she "forgets" to come back to you unless you chase her. She forgot to send the written confirmation with the face to face interview details. Face-to-face interview with a senior developer / architect and fellow Senior Technical Writer lady. Very open and dynamic, however exhausting questionnaire about skills, experience and scenarios, test your knowledge of Agile & Scrum, and outline how you adapt content to it. Following the interview they sent an assignment where you are asked to pick random content from their online API documentation, the developer portal, user guides and manual, and apply adjustments or corrections wherever they may apply, to be completed in one week. This task was particularly exhausting and demanding, I reviewed over 200 pages of content and I tried to fulfill it the most professional way possible using Technical Writer handbooks and standard practices in the industry. Red flag: the recruiter lady "forgot" again to provide feedback of the task as provided, only after chasing her (one thing I never do and particularly dislike, that she replied with the canned rejection email. It was quite frustrating, that I had to find out this way, since she seemed to have forgotten about my application. Overall, disappointing.
