Met with ADON and answered basic questions about care, plus what are my strengths and weaknesses. I was also asked about what my schedule would be and how I work with others and if I am a team player
The interview process was quick and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and appreciated. Reasonable offer made. There is levels of training were provided and benefits. Leadership was nice and the company's mission is good

Basic interview questions that can easily be prepared for. I got hired on the spot because they were so short staffed. It seems like they would hire pretty much anyone
