I recently interviewed with Gong and to say it was a smooth process would be an understatement. I worked with Austin King, a true master of his craft. He was kind, informative, transparent, and most of all passionate. From our first phone call I could tell how passionate he was about the company, the product, and the role. Austin had every answer ready, and quickly connected me with so many people to get the inside scoop on what I wanted to know. If you're interested in interviewing at Gong, Austin is one the best I have ever worked with.

Overall extremely positive takeaways from this interview process. My recruiter was Austin King, who was my advocate and champion throughout the whole process. Every nuance was explained thoroughly, I never was left questioning next steps, etc at any point. I wish every experience with a recruiter was as top-notch as mine with Austin. Ultimately, I didn’t accept the role but the entire hiring team (CRO, Head of Emerging Markets, Head of Channel Partnerships, Enterprise AE) were very attentive and open. It wasn’t necessarily a challenging interview process, it was very focused on my skill set and if they thought it was a match and vice versa.
