In the the phone round the person asked me in detail about my current project, what its applicability ? What technology I used , How long I need to complete my study , whether I wish to stay longer etc. Before the second round they asked me to send my current and previous grades and my code samples. This round was meant to be technical and I prepared myself accordingly. However, this round was also mostly general. They asked me whether I know their product , whether I used it ever . The only technical questions they asked were beyond my domain of work. Those questions were more related to a position of network administrator. I felt the questions were not related for the post I applied for. However, everyone was very friendly.
