The first interview was very pleasant—I genuinely enjoyed it, and it went really well. I received an invitation for the second one right away. The second interview, however, was a different story.
Let’s skip the fact that both interviewers were late, but one of them seemed completely uninterested, as if they didn’t want to be there at all—no smile, no engagement, nothing. The questions were almost identical to the first interview, which felt odd, and after that, I never heard from them again, even when I followed up by email.
Later, I came across some legal issues involving the company, so let’s just say it all worked out for the best.
I found the process very structured but lacking personal touch.
The first round consisted of me recording some video answers, so there was no chance to speak to a real person. Moreover, there was a limited attempt number which was never warned of, which made it more stressful.
The next round was a team lead interview that was very dry and followed the "question-thank you-next question" format.
This generally made me disappointment and unmotivated to continue.

The interview process for the account manager role at gostudent is quite informal, it feels more like an open ended conversation where you have the similar / generic interview questions as many other roles asked.

El proceso de entrevista fue cordial y estuvo bien estructurado. No obstante, tras investigar más sobre la empresa y leer algunas opiniones, consideré que no era el mejor encaje para mí en este momento y decidí no continuar con el proceso.
