A virtual face to face interview with open ended questions. The interviewer was open to questions and shared their growth in the company. I was able to ask them directly if they were going to move me forward in the hiring process.
It was simple. They were straight forward and the process was straight forward. I really appreciated the kindness they offered me. They asked good questions and I felt seen and understood

I submitted an application online then a recruiter called after that application submission, they then scheduled an interview with a sales leader. After the interview the recruiter called back and told me I got the job.
