      Applied online and received an email questionnaire about two weeks later asking general questions - what do you like/dislike about your current company/current role etc. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that they had you create your own GoFundMe account and tell them about your experience with their site. I feel like this is more of a marketing ploy rather than an interview technique because you have to share your account on social media. Kind of shady... The next week I had a 30 min phone interview with a Customer Happiness Lead. She was very nice and upbeat and asked general interview questions. About a week later I was invited for an in person interview with two other Customer Happiness Leads. I interviewed with them separately, each about an hour long. Again, they were both very kind and laid back and asked general questions. I thought all of the interviews went very well but, in the end, no offer.

Since a big part of being a Customer Happiness agent is working with the site, we ask all candidates to try it out and share their thoughts with us. We're more interested in hearing about your experience with the product than whether or not you share it on social media! I hope that addresses your concern.       The process took a very long time. It started with a test, there are many examples of the topics that were covered in the written text here on previous Glassdoor posts. After the written exam, I was contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter in the US. It was very short and I was delighted to move on to the next interview. Although I was expecting an interview, it was a remote test to evaluate my english skills. I didn't like that there were other candidates at the beginning of the call. It felt like they wanted candidates to know there were other people there fighting for the same job, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. The test was very complicated. After hearing I passed, I was even happier to move on to the next interview. It was all done remotely and I got to talk to some people in Dublin. The whole interview took more than 2 hours. I was exhausted at the end, but I thought that it went really well. There was a shadowing session and also an informal chat with a current employee. After this round, I was invited to the final interview. This was also supposed to be an informal chat, but this time there was only a person present, a manager. I don't know what happened, but I think this one didn't go as well because I was told at the end of it to wait at least 2 more weeks for an update. I didn't hear anything else from them, so after about 2 weeks I decided to send in an email to check in with recruiter. To my disappointment, I received a standard rejection email that left me feeling very cold. Thankfully, I had read other people's reviews here on Glassdoor that described a similar experience, so I wasn't completely unprepared. However, the disappointment I felt was huge as I really felt that the 2+ hours interview went really well and felt that the final interview would be just a formality. My disappointment was also increased by the fact that I had to write an email to get a response. I believe that if I hadn't, I would never have heard back from them. I would probably still be here waiting. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience, especially considering all the time that I took preparing for and participating in the interview process. If you decide to apply for this company, be prepared. It is a very long process, and there is no guarantee that it will end well for you.

      It's a somewhat long process, but well worth it! It starts with an online application, then a phone interview. If you get through the phone interview, you'll be interviewed in the office by 2 groups of 2 people.

      Entrevista

      I applied through their website. After more than one month, a HR recruiter contacted me and told me to answer the questions many people have already provided here. Once passed this test, I was scheduled for a video interview with the recruiter from San Diego. No more than 15 minutes, really quick. She is extremely nice and the interview is not complicated. I don't know how they decide whether you passed or not, they don't give any clue. I received an e-mail from her the following day to let me know I hadn't made it onto the next stage of the process.
