1st round phone screening with an in-house recruiter. 2nd interview was 1hr with the hiring manager. During that call, I was told I had made it through to the next round and that the recruiter would reach out with an assessment for me to complete, due the following week. I never heard back from the recruiter and three days later, I received an automated rejection email with no explanation. Do better.

Simple call, first round, didn't get through. Very nice people though and highly recommend. The company itself seems very mission driven and based on the conversation it would have been a great place to work. They're open to remote work.
