Entrevista
I had high hopes for this company. During my internship elsewhere, it was often recommended as a great place to grow, so I genuinely wanted to work here. I tried. I really tried.
Here’s the timeline of what happened:
• 09/11/24 – Walked in to apply for a Web Developer role. I was told there were no openings and was asked to apply for Game Developer instead. I passed the interview and was told to message the page for the assessment.
• 09/12/24 – Received the first task with a 7-day deadline.
• 09/16/24 – Submitted it.
• 09/18/24 – Passed, and was given a second task. I was never informed there would be multiple assessments.
• 09/23/24 – Submitted the second task.
• 09/24 & 09/26 – Followed up twice. Was told it was “still under review.”
• 10/23/24 – Followed up again.
• Response: “You passed, but no available slots. You’re on our waitlist.”
• 03/15/25 – Followed up again. Told there’s a vacancy—but only in a distant branch.
• 03/18/25 – Asked if there were any roles closer or more fitting for a CS graduate.
• Response: “Still none.”
No proper updates. No consideration. No effort to communicate unless I asked first.
After everything I poured into the process—twice—I felt strung along. The whole experience left me disheartened and disappointed. It’s painful when a place you looked up to ends up treating your time and effort like it was disposable.
I’m not writing this out of bitterness, but out of sheer exhaustion. I wanted to believe in this company. I don’t anymore.
