Teleconference with a team member (not a hiring manager). Went over the needs of the position, what were my qualifications, etc. Very cordial, was not super stressful. Standard questions, nothing super surprising was asked. Didn't go long, but I didn't get an offer so maybe that was a problem.

Their HR person called me; I'm sending out so many resumes, I wasn't sure who they were. I asked her if she was definitely looking for a Corporate Communications Designer, she said yes. When I came to my appointment, the interviewer, Victor, was trying to move me toward a commission sales position. It seems their HR person didn't even read my resume beyond a couple keywords. Completely wasted my time...
