The interview was just a formality. Question asked in the interview had nothing to do with the job but still people were shortlisted based upon that fake conversation. Even the interviewer himself did not look enthusiastic about his job and seemed like after the interview was over, he himself would resign from the company. Very unprofessional attitude towards the whole process.
