The interview lasted an hour. First a 30 mins panel interview with the hiring manager and other senior personnel. Then another 30 mins interview with HR. The entire process was smooth and easy.

Usual HR questions such as strengths, weaknesses, skills, challenges in life and so on. Since I didn't have the technical experience, I was not asked any technical questions. I would however recommend that you read up about your field and the semiconductor industry in general. It is important to know the various processes involved.
