Was sent an email to set up an interview. It's usually an all day thing but I went in a day before a holiday and the schedule was cut to only 3 interviews. First was a senior engineer. We talked about the company and how the different departments work. Second was HR with a personality interview, it was pretty straight forward (how do you work with others, how do you deal with problems etc.) Then it was a process engineer. He asked what I thought a process engineer does, nothing too hard. And that was it. Got the offer 2 weeks later.
