About the phone calls. First phone call was a nice and friendly manager telling you about their company and answer your questions about the what they did. Asked some questions about the resume. Second phone call was about programming questions but focused on fundamental stuff.

Somewhat slower recruitment process than usual for an IT Company. It took 5-6 weeks from HR call to offer. Very corporate environment. It took an additional month afterwards to get a dev environment.

Entrevista
Recruiter screen followed by two 30-minute interviews with Engineering Managers. Questions were focused on past experiences and technical topics related to the role. No programming questions. I was contacted shortly after with an offer.
