The interview process involves with 1:1 on the phone, and then interview in the open house, and then interview with managers through SKYPE. The questions are mostly behavioral questions.

2 Rounds, 90% technical questions. Interview had four people it was for one hour. Felt like grad school qualification exam. From director to hiring manager and engineers. They were nice even i made a mistake and explained well.

Entrevista
Manager was extremely friendly. It was a great session. The team asked some technical questions and shared about the role. After the interview when I asked about the interview outcome, even though they decided not to offer me, the manager gave constructive feedback instead of ghosting.
