one essay was given and then a interview with the managing director of the company.
The write up was of 1000 to 1500 words and also one analytical test consisting mathematics and basic logic questions. interview was for 30 minutes and consisted of questions based o the previous job experience.

First it was a call to state interest in my profile, and then a three step process. Two sets of interviews with regular questions about my cv. The second one was in three sections, first with some Directors, and then a couple more with different team members. Last step was a technical interview to test for Excel and English skills
