4 stages of interviews- 1. call with product designer and UI designer 2. 48hr design test. 3. Video call with team to explain design test. 4. Cultural interview with HR. Seems overly long of a process. I only made it past the first 2. This test in my opinion was excessively long and difficult (there are 2 parts)- they expect you to utilize the full 48 hrs and submit working source files. After submitting this test I was dismissed as a candidate. Waste of time - zero opportunity to explain design and was judged on aesthetic despite having portfolio demonstrating multiple styles. The test instructions were misleading. This company makes you feel used and question if they are real hiring at all or just there to steal your ideas.

Got through 3 stages of interviews and then got the homework. They got 6 hours of my design work and never contacted me again. Enjoy the free work you scammers.
