The hiring manager seemed cool and uninterested in speaking with me. I knew before the second interview was over that she would not be moving forward with me. Interview consisted of 4 rounds, the first being a phone screening lasting around 15 minutes, the next a zoom conversation for around 30 minutes with mostly behavioral style questions, and the last 2 also being 45 minutes with behavioral style questions.
