- second round tech assessment (not that difficult)
- third round with HR manager (ask in detail about past experience)
- fourth round with team and head of department (more on culture fit and some tech aspect)

well enough and not taking much time. The recruiter also explain the job really well. It Feels Like a Great Conversation, Not an Interrogation. They talk about growth opportunities, team culture, and fun stuff (team lunches, offsites, interesting projects) without you even asking
