I interviewed with two designers over the phone. The first 30 min interview was more awkward and abrupt and the interviewer did not seem to want to be interviewing me, and I probably had to ask about 10 questions to fill the lack of questions for me. The second 30 min interview was much more relaxed and we ran out of time for questions.
