Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Glassdoor (San Francisco, CA) en may 2015
Entrevista
I applied online, the office Manager reached out to me to set up a phone interview about 3 weeks after I applied. I got the phone interview and never heard back. Nope, never. Even though I was told "we will get back to you in the coming week".
Thank you for your candid feedback. We thought our processes for getting back to candidates was timely...but in your case we obviously fell short and I apologize to you for our lack of response. We have reviewed our processes and will be sure to get back to our candidates in a timely fashion. Thank you again for your candor....we need to hear when we are not walking our talk. Best wishes to you in your job search. Mariah, VP People

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) en jul 2015
Entrevista
The first phone interview was very straightforward. Despite the ease of the questions I was really nervous! The interviewer asked the standard "tell me about yourself," "how familiar are you with Glassdoor?," "what drew you to this position?," and "why Glassdoor?" At the end of our conversation she gave me a timeline of when to expect an answer regarding the next step in the interviewing process. My second phone interview was with the hiring manager. I found the hiring manager to be very personable and conversation flowed naturally. She asked about my favorite and least favorite managers, and my greatest fear about this job. I really appreciated the interviewers' clear communication and adherence to the established timeline. After two very engaging interviews, my interest in the company is further heightened and I have been inspired to apply to two other positions at Glassdoor.
