I applied on the company website and received a reply within a few days. First was a phone screening with who I believe was a Senior Android Engineer currently at Glassdoor. Interview was consisted of technical Android questions, behaviorial questions, and project experience. Overall, it was a pleasant, estimated 30 minute conversation. The next step was an hour long Skype Video Interview with both a Senior Android Engineer and a Senior Mobile/iOS Engineer. Depending on whether you had a phone screening prior to this, the questions from before would have been asked here before the actual coding interview. It was overall pleasant, and while I didn't get an offer after this step, I appreciate Glassdoor for their time and effort for giving me an opportunity.
