I had a 2 stage interview, but I am not sure how many steps the whole interview would require, since they ghosted on me after stage 2.
The first step was an informal chat with the Principal Data Scientist about past experience and ambitions. There was some technical question.
The second stage was a technical interview: they send you a paper about Machine Learning used with DELs in drug Discovery, and the technical interview consists of a discussion about it. A very interesting way of conducting the technical interview, that I sincerely enjoyed and gladly completed (you can learn a lot from these type of interviews).
Unfortunately this company does not care at all about applicants and candidates, despite its size and the fact that there is very few information about them. They disappeared without any feedback after the tech interview and this is highly disrespectful and unprofessional.
