Initially, there was an phone interview with the HR director, After that I was able to preview a demo of the Giveffect product, I completed a face-to-face interview (2nd) with HR and a phone call with the CEO. During the 2nd interview, i was provided about 5-7 written questions and also competed a test phone call. HR then requested my professional references and a 3rd face-to-face interview with the CEO. Lastly, I completed a mock sale pitch with the CEO, which in my opinion, I did well and provided statical information from the Giveffect website along with research on the organization chosen, finally, i was able to handle all the mock-up stand-offs.....However, I recieved an email later that evening stating that the company has decided to move in a different direction. Very confusing to say the least.
