First, I did a spreadsheet exercise and then was invited for an interview regarding my thought process with the exercise. After that I had an interview focused on my work history. And then I was invited to a work trial with some role play on helping create a new Request for Proposals.

45 minute assessment asking about interpreting a forest plot and providing insights on findings and funding decisions. Received a rejection within 2 days. Would be nice to have received some feedback.
